Youth Program Managers

Program Directors
Youth Development Professionals
School-Based Program Leaders
Community-Based Organizations
Church Youth Program Leaders
The first month of your program sets the tone for the entire school year. Yet many youth program leaders spend those first few weeks putting out fires, adjusting on the fly, and trying to create systems while students are already in the building.
If you've ever wondered:
How do I get everything organized before students arrive?
What routines should I establish first?
How do I set clear expectations for my staff?
How do I keep students engaged from day one?
How can I communicate consistently with families?
You're not alone.
Imagine beginning the school year with:
A clear roadmap for your first 30 days
Systems and routines that your staff can confidently follow
Strategies that build student engagement and belonging
A family communication plan that builds trust
A personalized action plan ready to implement on day one
That's exactly what you'll create during The First 30 Days Blueprint.
By the end of this workshop, you'll have:
A completed First 30 Days Action Plan
Week-by-week priorities for your first month
Daily routine templates
Staff expectation guidelines
A student engagement strategy
A family communication plan
Reflection tools for continuous improvement
You'll leave with more than ideas; you'll leave with a practical plan you can put into action immediately.
